1. Permissible Area
•
All exhibits must be displayed within the assigned booth area and must not block neighboring booths or exits. Structures or carpeting in the aisles are not allowed.
•
All exhibit items and booth materials must be made of non-flammable materials.
2. Decoration
•
Any items visible from the aisles or neighboring booths must be properly decorated by the exhibitor.
•
Decorations, lighting, or sound must not disturb other exhibitors.
3. Structures
•
Structures must not interfere with neighboring booths, emergency exits, or visitor traffic.
•
Construction must match the approved booth design submitted to the organizer. Unauthorized changes may be restricted on-site.
4. Exhibit Placement
•
All exhibits must be placed at least 30cm inside the booth to avoid obstructing walkways. The organizer may request adjustments if items protrude.
5. Noise Restrictions
•
Audio devices may be used for promotional purposes but must remain below 85dB to avoid disturbing others. Exceeding this limit may result in a ban on audio equipment use.
6. Safety Measures
•
Equipment containing vibrations, hazardous materials, or dangerous components must be properly secured. Exhibitors are responsible for safety management throughout the event.
7. Lighting
•
Flashlights and rotating lights are prohibited. Installed lighting must not disturb adjacent booths or the venue.
8. Aisle Management
•
Exhibitors must keep aisles in front of their booths clean and clear. Items must be placed within the allocated space before opening hours.
9. Booth Design Changes
•
Any modifications to the booth structure must be approved by the organizer.
10. Subleasing
•
Subleasing or reassigning booth space is prohibited without prior approval. Unauthorized subleasing may result in disqualification from participation.
11. Wiring
•
All booth wiring must comply with fire safety regulations. This includes both booth construction and equipment wiring.
12. Use of Hazardous Materials
•
Prior approval from the organizer and safety supervisor is required for the following:
① Use of Naked Flames
◦
Devices that use open flames such as heaters, ovens, boilers, microwaves, hair dryers, or cooking pans. (Excludes enclosed appliances)
② Use, Transport, and Storage of Hazardous Materials
◦
Oil (Grade 1): Gasoline, lacquer spray, thinner, alcohol
◦
Oil (Grade 2): Kerosene, diesel
◦
Oil (Grade 3): Heavy oil, machine oil, diesel oil
◦
Oil (Grade 4): Lubricants, animal/vegetable oils
◦
High-Pressure Gases: Oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, cobalt, etc.
※ Propane gas is strictly prohibited.
※ Certain neon lights may be restricted. Please submit details for approval.
③ Fabrics or Easily Flammable Materials

•
The amount of fuel or hazardous materials allowed per day is limited.
•
Fuel pipes must be made of non-flammable material.
•
Fuel tanks and piping must be firmly secured.
•
A fire barrier must separate any flame source from hazardous materials.
13. No Smoking
•
Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Use designated smoking areas only.
14. Promotional Activities
•
All promotional activities must be conducted within the assigned booth area.
Avoid causing crowding in aisles.
•
Activities outside designated areas require prior approval from the organizer.
15. Free Gifts
•
Giveaways and samples may only be distributed within your booth. Exclusive distribution rights must be obtained from the organizer for outside distribution.
