1. Documents for Bonded Transport License in Korea

2. Shipping Document Guidelines

To ensure smooth handling of exhibits, each exhibitor and their Korean agents must pay close attention to the following when preparing shipping documents.

Consignee

EXHIBITOR'S AGENT IN KOREA (IF ANY) OR EXHIBITOR C/O BOOTH No.___  AND HALL C, Agri & Foodtech Start-Up Rising Expo 2026, Coex, 513, Yeongdong-daero, GANGNAM-GU, SEOUL, 06164, KOREA

Notify Party

Designated freight forwarder (customs & logistics agency), with contact person and phone number

Destination

For sea freight: BUSAN, KOREA
For air freight: INCHEON, KOREA
To avoid handling delays and extra charges, please write "INCHEON, KOREA" instead of "SEOUL, KOREA" as the final destination on the Air Waybill (AWB).

Shipping Documents

Item descriptions, quantities, and unit prices must be clearly listed in English and in USD.

Invoice Pricing

Prices on the invoice must be based on CIF BUSAN/INCHEON PORT or INCHEON AIRPORT.
Even for non-commercial goods, prices must still be declared.

B/L, Invoice, and Packing List for All Exhibits

Must include the following statement:
“THESE GOODS ARE INTENDED FOR DISPLAY PURPOSE ONLY FOR ‘Food Week Korea 2025’ AT COEX, SEOUL, KOREA DURING October 29 ~ December 1, 2025.”

Invoice and Packing List Content

Clearly distinguish between:
RETURNED GOODS
SOLD GOODS
CONSUMABLE GOODS
GIVEAWAY GOODS
Each must be listed separately.

Language Requirements

All shipping documents must be prepared in English.

Document & Schedule Submission

Once the exhibits are shipped, exhibitors must notify the designated freight forwarder by FAX with the shipping documents and schedule.
For late-arriving exhibits, shipping documents must be faxed in advance as follows:
Sea freight: 10 days before cargo arrival
Air freight: 3 days before cargo arrival
