3. Exhibitor Application Detail

1. Online Company/Product Directory Registration (REQUIRED)

Food Week Korea 2026 operates an online directory on its official website. Please register and submit your company and product information so that buyers can easily access information about your products and services.

2. FASCIA BOARD Application (REQUIRED)

DEADLINE | August 28 (Fri) KST 18:00
Usage | On-site leaflet, Booth Signage, Leaflet
Please provide the exhibitor name exactly as it should appear on official exhibition materials, including the exhibitor directory board at the entrance, booth signage, and printed materials.
REQUIRED FOR EVERY BOOTH INCLUDING SHELL-SCHEME/PREMIUM/SPACE ONLY
If the signage application is not submitted, the exhibitor name stated in the exhibition participation application or contract will be used. Please keep this in mind when completing the form.

3. EXHIBITOR BADGE Application (REQUIRED)

DEADLINE | August 28 (Fri) KST 18:00
Max Amount | Up to 30 badges per company
Collection | from 2PM November 3 (Tue), at Hall A Registration Desk at the 1st floor (A representative should collect entire staffs’ badges)
Please register only personnel who will remain on-site in the exhibition hall.

4. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Applications (REQUIRED)

Remarks | Electricity application is mandatory for SPACE ONLY BOOTHS
Please select and apply for any utilities required during the exhibition, including electricity, wired LAN, water supply and drainage, and compressed air.

5. SPACE ONLY BOOTH Consturction Application (REQUIRED: SPACE ONLY BOOTH)

Remarks | Mandatory for SPACE ONLY BOOTHS
The Food Week Korea Secretariat strictly prohibits exhibitors from constructing Space Only booths independently.
Exhibitors must appoint a booth contractor from the list of Coex official contractors.

6. BUSINESS MEETING Application (OPTIONAL)

Overseas BIZ-Matching Program
Date: November 4(Wed) - 6(Fri), 2026 (3 days)
Venue: Overseas BIZ-Matching Zone in Hall A (1F)
Format: Pre-arranged business matching meetings based on advance applications, with complimentary interpretation provided
Participating Buyers: Buyers from various food distribution channels in Korea, including hypermarkets, online platforms, home-shopping channels, and department stores

6. CUSTOMS BOND Application (OPTIONAL)

Bonded exhibits are goods brought into the exhibition hall through simplified customs clearance without completing formal import procedures. After the exhibition, such goods must either be re-exported or formally imported through the applicable customs procedures if a buyer wishes to purchase them. The Secretariat will arrange for the exhibition hall to be designated as a bonded area until the end of the exhibition for exhibitors handling bonded goods. Therefore, exhibitors must provide the Secretariat with full details of all bonded exhibits in advance.

7. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS Application (OPTIONAL)

Exhibitors bringing hazardous equipment or materials into the exhibition hall, including gas, oil, or heating appliances, must complete and submit this form. Depending on the type of material or equipment, entry may be prohibited. If approved, additional safety measures, such as the assignment of safety personnel, may be required.

8. HEAVY MATERIALS Application (OPTIONAL)

The maximum floor load in Coex Exhibition Halls A, B, C, and D is 1.5 tons per square meter.
Any individual exhibit weighing 1.5 tons or more, regardless of its footprint, must be fully described in the Heavy Exhibits Declaration Form.
Restrictions on Heavy Exhibits and Vehicles
1) Vehicles weighing 5t or more are generally prohibited from entering the exhibition hall. (Vehicles carrying timber or lightweight truss structures for booth construction and dismantling may be permitted) 2) Forklifts and cranes weighing 5t or more are prohibited. 3) Large buses are prohibited from entering the exhibition hall. 4) Exhibits weighing 5 t or more require submission of detailed specifications (At least one month in advance)
※ Any exceptional circumstances relating to the restrictions above must be discussed with the Secretariat in advance.
※ The Secretariat will review all declared heavy exhibits and inform exhibitors whether the items may be displayed.
