Electricity | Exhibitors must not install or connect electrical distribution boxes or main power lines on their own.
All electrical work must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor. |
Water Supply & Drainage | The use of Y-shaped pipe connections for water supply and drainage is strictly prohibited, as it may cause water leakage.
If any unauthorized Y-shaped connection is found, the Organizer reserves the right to remove the water supply and drainage facilities without prior notice. Any damage caused by leakage will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor, and compensation may be claimed. |
Mandatory Requirement for Booth Contractors | All stand contractors must complete the mandatory safety training through the Exhibition Hall Construction Safety Management System (S-100 MICE) before they are permitted to enter the exhibition hall. |
Stand Construction Guidelines | • Exhibition structures must be prefabricated off-site. Only on-site assembly is permitted within the exhibition hall.
• The use of power tools such as air compressors, welding machines, electric saws, electric planers, and grinders is prohibited inside the exhibition hall. Painting is also prohibited except for minor touch-up work, in accordance with fire safety regulations.
• When installing carpet on the exhibition hall floor, industrial adhesives must not be used. Only removable adhesives (e.g., latex adhesive) are permitted.
• If the exhibition hall floor, walls, or other facilities are damaged by nails, adhesives, or other construction methods, the exhibitor will be responsible for all restoration costs.
• Electrical facilities are installed beneath the floor trench covers. Do not pour or spill water onto the exhibition hall floor.
• The freight entrance measures 6 m (W) × 4 m (H). Please ensure that cargo dimensions do not obstruct or exceed the entrance clearance during loading and unloading. |
Handling of Hazardous Materials | All hazardous materials must be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and may only be brought into designated areas approved by the Organizer.
The use of open flames or any fire-producing equipment inside the exhibition hall is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the Organizer. Exhibitors shall be fully responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from the handling or use of hazardous materials.
Exhibitors intending to bring or use hazardous materials (including explosive gases, flammable substances, high-pressure equipment, or radioactive materials) must complete and submit the Hazardous Materials Declaration Form to the Secretariat by Friday, August 28. Hazardous materials that have not been declared and approved will not be permitted into the exhibition hall in accordance with venue regulations.

On-site Operation

Use of Hand Carts (Trolleys) | Exhibitors are not permitted to move hand carts (trolleys) during visitor opening hours.
If the use of a hand cart is unavoidable, exhibitors must obtain prior approval from the Secretariat. Movement will only be permitted under the supervision of a security staff member. | |
Protection of Exhibits | The Exhibition Secretariat provides 24-hour security services throughout the move-in, exhibition, and move-out periods by contracting a professional security company.However, exhibitors are ultimately responsible for the protection and security of their own exhibits.
Exhibitors should take appropriate measures to safeguard valuable or vulnerable items against loss or damage.
Please note that the Exhibition Secretariat shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to exhibits caused by natural disasters, fire, theft, vandalism, or other unforeseen incidents. | |
Food Preparation & Hygiene | When preparing food or conducting food sampling within the booth, all personnel must wear disposable gloves, face masks, and hairnets.
Before offering food samples to visitors, exhibitors must check for any food allergies and provide samples accordingly.Product ingredients must be clearly disclosed to ensure safe consumption.
All ingredients, including potential allergens, must be accurately listed and displayed. | |
Emergency Response | • In the event of a public health emergency, such as COVID-19 or other infectious disease outbreaks, exhibitors must comply with the Organizer's instructions and follow all required safety measures.
• If crowd control around a booth cannot be managed independently, exhibitors must immediately seek assistance from the Organizer. Should the Organizer determine that a booth event poses a safety risk and request its suspension, exhibitors must comply immediately. |
Food & Beverage Sales and Regulatory Compliance
Product Sales by Overseas Exhibitors
The sale of products by overseas exhibitors is strictly prohibited during the exhibition.
Exceptions may apply only if the exhibitor has a valid Korean Business Registration Certificate or if the products are sold through a Korean distributor holding the appropriate sales license. In such cases, on-site sales may be permitted, subject to compliance with all applicable Korean laws and regulations.
